We had an amazing time with friends! The hotel was surrounded by beautiful countryside, and the traditional Japanese room was spacious with futons. We enjoyed visiting the pottery shops and lovely cafes nearby. The onsen was refreshing, and we loved the thoughtful service during our traditional dinner each night.
The only downside was that the dining options were quite limited for vegetarians, which made meals a bit complicated for my friend. But the staff was accommodating when we requested adjustments.

Stunning onsen experience with beautiful waterfalls.
I had a challenging stay due to the communication barrier. The hotel lobby closed without prior notice, which caused me to feel anxious about losing my key. Additionally, the overall ambiance felt a bit too quiet and dark at times, especially while walking to the onsen.
